Template — review with counsel before launch. ParlaScrivo is designed so that the content of what you say never needs to be stored by us.
What stays on your computer
- Microphone audio, which is processed in memory and discarded after transcription.
- Transcripts and dictation history, stored in a local database in your Windows profile.
- The speech-recognition model.
What we store
- Account details: email, name and a hashed password.
- Billing status, handled by Stripe. We never see your card number.
- Daily usage counters: words dictated, speaking minutes and sessions.
- Settings you choose to sync: writing style and personal dictionary.
- Linked devices: device name, app version and last-seen time.
AI cleanup
When AI cleanup is enabled, transcribed text (never audio) is sent over TLS to our servers and on to our AI provider to be polished. It is processed transiently, not written to our database or logs, and not used to train models. Turn cleanup off in the app and no text leaves your device.
Your controls
You can clear local history from the app, unlink devices from your console, and ask us to delete your account at any time.
